About the Builder

The Refuge at Dirickson Creek. It’s a place to which you can escape, developed by a joint venture between Bunting Construction Corp. and R.E. Gray Associates.

With nearly 60 years of combined experience, President C. Coleman Bunting Jr. and Principal Ronald E. Gray know the Delaware-Maryland coast.

Known for high-quality construction and exemplary customer service, Bunting Construction has been developing and building residential and commercial properties here since the 1970s, including 20 residential subdivisions with a total of 2,000 homes from Rehoboth Beach, DE to Ocean City, MD.

Gray Associates knows the land. A civil engineer who personally supervised the construction of the infrastructure development, Gray is one of the original owners of The Refuge property and ensured the project has been built to the highest standards.
